We ask all our patients to avoid booking appointments for routine, non urgent matters, such as smears, medication repeats, insurance or drivers licence medicals, annual check ups. This is so we can focus all of our clinical resource on the severely unwell and for the detection and treatment of Coronavirus cases.
If you need a medication repeat, these can be ordered via Manage My Health or the prescription line. Due to the current circumstances, we may be able to extend the time a GP review is due in some cases.
If you do need to contact us, the best method is through Manage My Health. We are overloaded with calls at the moment and are doing our best to get to everyone but unfortunately some calls are not being answered. Manage My Health has an inbox function and we also do e-consultations through the app.
