September is Cervical Screening Awareness Month

Cervical screening saves lives and this September we’re encouraging all wāhine aged 25 years and over to make sure they’re up to date with their screening.

To celebrate Cervical Screening Awareness Month, a FREE cervical screening clinic will be running:

📅 Thursday 18th September 2025
🕖 7.30am – 6.00pm
📍 Hutt Hospital (The Breast Centre), Pilmuir Street

Bookings are preferred, but walk-ins are very welcome.

This is a great opportunity to look after your health, especially if you’ve been putting it off or it’s your first time. Regular screening is one of the best ways to prevent cervical cancer and keep yourself safe and well.
