Running on reduced capacity

Dear patients,

Unfortunately, due to an unexpected number of staff being unwell, we are operating with significantly reduced capacity for both urgent and routine appointments today Thursday 10^thJuly and tomorrow Friday 11^th July.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding during this challenging time. Unfortunately these circumstances are beyond our control.

We anticipate having some appointments available from next Monday 14^th July.

In the meantime, if you require medical care today or tomorrow, the following options are available:

• Lower Hutt After Hours for urgent, same-day car. Open weekdays from 5.30 – 10pm weekdays and weekends 8am – 10pm.

• Wellington Accident and urgent Medical Centre – Adelaide Road. Open daily 8am – 9pm for walk-in appointments.

• Remote GP services such as Practice Plus and CareHQ, which offer virtual consultations.
