Help children in hospital this winter

May 7th, 2024

It’s tough being a kid in hospital during winter but you can help make life a little more cosy for our precious children over those chilly months.

The PJs for Hutt Kids appeal is back and we are calling on the warm spirited people of the Hutt Valley to take part in the campaign this winter.

The hospital is asking for donations of new PJs so when the children leave hospital they stay healthy and warm, especially on those chilly winter nights.

You can help Hutt Valley District Health Board with their PJs for Hutt Kids appeal by donating cosy new pajamas (sizes 1-14)*

Donations of PJs can be dropped off to The Upper Hutt Health Centre. There will be a box with a sign in reception.

* PJs must meet NZ product safety standards for fire safety. Due to the risk of infection only new PJs can be accepted.
